Mal
Gender: Male
Age: 26
Height: 6'2"
Race: Fairy Flutter
Location: Fairy Village
Adopted from: rosie-wosie and YouCryRain
Mal is laid back and cool headed, being very lax about life.
Being a pure blood fairy Mal is a rather rare species in the forest, pure blood fairies having had almost come extinct at one point due to crossbreeding throughout the years. He’s lived in a small village hidden in the woods all of his life along with other pure blood fairies, being somewhat shut off from other species to prevent cross breeding.
When he was ten he got dared by a friend to step outside of the village. Being who he was he didn’t see a problem with it. However he soon found himself lost in the lush labyrinth of a forest his people hid in, not too sure what to do. It soon started to rain, the sun setting. He quickly tried to get back but only got more lost. He then remembered there was a river near by the village, having had always hearing it when all was still back home. He closed his eyes, listening for the river in the depth of the woods. He quickly picked up the sound of rushing water, speeding towards it to follow it back home.
Once he reached the river it had become quite flooded, the rain hammering down harder than ever. He slowly began to follow it back to where he thought home was. While flying above the river he noticed something falling in, pausing a bit to see if whatever it was was going to be okay. He waited a bit longer, but noticed the figure had stopped moving, immediately getting rather worried. He flew a bit closer, noticing a child was being carried down the river by the strong current. He had quickly swept down and lifted the frail boy up, struggling to hold him but managing to keep a grip on him. Without a second thought he brought him back with him to his village hidden in the forest, dropping him off at the elder’s house until he had woken up. He waited outside all night in the heavy rain, worried sick about the stranger he had just saved, wondering if he would have been okay.
Morning had come and the rain had faded away. he heard a voice from inside he had never heard before, quickly flying over to the window and peering inside. He watched the boy and the elder talk for a while and once he had seen them finish their conversation he zipped over to the door, greeting the child with a big grin. The boy he had saved was named Kenan.
Mal treats Kenan like a brother, always looking out for him when he and being there for him. Even after all these years have passed, they’re still as close as ever and can still be found hanging out together.
He's also good friends with Aristal, a young fairy girl who lives in the same village.
